# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Five minutes from countertop to cup, perfect for chaotic mornings when coffee alone won't cut it
  • The Greek yogurt transforms it from a sweet treat into something that actually keeps you full until lunch
02 -
  • Frozen bananas change the game entirely. Peel and slice ripe ones ahead of time, stash them in the freezer, thank yourself later.
  • Over-blending makes it thin and warm. Pulse it, check it, stop when smooth but still thick.
03 -
  • If it's too thick, add milk one tablespoon at a time. Better to build up than water it down.
  • The cinnamon trick came from a coffee shop worker who told me it rounds out the banana sweetness without adding sugar.
